Greetings from France-Installment 1


Bonjour! We have been in the Southwest of France for 2 days and we have yet to leave the charming medieval town of Nerac, where we are staying in the house of our good friends, Barbara and Charlie.   The church in the background is our landmark - the house is right across the street.  What a view!  Here's a small glimpse of our walk around the town: Click on Wandering in Nerac .  Don't worry, it will take you only 30 seconds to watch.  Here's a free download of Quicktime for PC or Mac if you need it.

    hope the weather is cooperating and all is well.
    lisa sent you an e-mail she received from nelson's photography, kimbery thomas. sent it to the g-mail addresses.
    i am still knee deep in wedding planning, several open ended items.... have my fingers crossed that everything will go as planned on saturday, 10/17/09.

    Thanks for including us in your mailings.
    The photo's are spectacular. You guys have the eye for picking out the best details from the panorama.
    We've been to France once. Mostly Paris, with one road trip to the Normandy beach. Your photo's encourage us to try the small villages next.
